SITUATION

The Covid-19 pandemic prompted Gatorade to strengthen its Ecommerce strategy, aiming to provide a comprehensive guide for its retail partners. The goal was to help them communicate the brand effectively and efficiently across all stages of the sales funnel to increase conversions.

OUR ACTION PLAN
We created an Ecommerce toolkit from scratch, covering all potential digital sales opportunities for Gatorade retailers. The challenge was to truly focus on the needs of these businesses, positioning Gatorade as an ally, an advisor, and a company that knows how to sell its products. The toolkit provided all the necessary digital marketing tools for mutual benefit.

RESULTS
Now, all large and small retailers offering the brand have a digital action plan to boost their sales. They are not operating blindly; instead, a mass strategy is executed, unifying brand communication and advocacy.

COMPREHENSIVE FUNNEL STRATEGY

We addressed all stages of the sales funnel across various digital platforms: retailer websites, aggregator platforms, online stores, and more. Each platform features different placements tailored to the user's funnel stage, ensuring targeted and effective communication.
