Menu Optimization.

In order to help restaurants increase their sale of PepsiCo products and overall performance, we implemented the Menu Optimization Program, a free service offered to restaurants who opt in.

Variety: Ensure to display aligned region portfolio (products & packages).
Visibility: Uploading images and descriptions.
Value: Create combos & family sharing images using restaurant items pairing with PepsiCo portfolio.

HOW IT WORKS:
1.  Our team receives a brief outlining the restaurant, number of menus, locations, and items to optimize.
2. Our team gets to work within 24 hours, logging into the restaurant and beginning the optimization process. We restructure the menu sections, replace relevant beverage images and descriptions, and develop combo images to add to the menu.
3. We submit the optimized menu for review. Once approved, the menu items go online and begin the 30-day review process.
4. 30 days post-optimization, our team creates a report detailing the increase in ticket size, total sales, total orders, and beverage attachment.

Together with PepsiCo, our team has optimized over 800 menus, with a capacity to process about 250 menus a month.
